Active Path
Slow Down & Be Mindful
For days spent on your feet and on the move
Job sites, hospital floors, delivery routes, restaurant rushes, and chasing kids around the park. You already have plenty of motion. This path teaches you the stop.
No worries, checkout was canceled. You weren’t charged, and the course will be right here whenever you’re ready.
The course
A short, friendly course that teaches you to interrupt a stressful moment with a slow breath, a real pause, and a gentle reset. Thirty seconds to a few minutes, right in the middle of a real day.
What’s inside
Every path follows the same nine modules, written for its kind of day. Each module opens with its key point, walks you through the practice and its safety notes, and ends with a Bee Kind Break — a little good news about bees.
Read, listen, or watch! However you learn we have you covered. Every lesson is written out in full, so you can read at your own pace, on a phone, in a break room, or on a couch. You can also press play and listen to it, or watch it, from a choice of guides.
About the videos: the Listen and Watch versions are read by AI digital twins of Queen Bubbles Bee — computer-made versions of her face and voice, reading her own words. They are not recordings of her in person. Queen Bubbles Bee is a real person who realized she could bring joy to the world by teaching people about breaks and bubbles! The lessons, the safety notes, and the care behind them come from her.
What stress does in your body, and why a thirty-second break can start to settle it.
Breath, Pause, Reset, step by step, plus a quick version for the busiest days.
The fourth part of the practice. Positive thinking, honestly: what the self-affirmation research really shows, and one true line to carry back in with you.
Other ways in, from a silly song to watching something outside your window. No wand required.
The Five-Senses Reset: a simple way to pull your attention off your stress and back into the room.
Hitch your break to something your day already has, what to do when you forget, and how to pick the right tool for the day you are actually having.
The break between work and home, because the people waiting for you did not have your day. Plus the ten minutes with an animal that the research actually backs.
For the days a short break cannot reach: two kinds of deliberate nap, what the research actually shows, and how to take one safely.
Last, on purpose: once every tool is yours, sharing it as an invitation and never a rule — with your crew, your team, and the people you go home to.
A few friendly questions per module. Pick an answer and see right away whether it’s right, and why. Try again as often as you like.
A printable page for logging your stress before and after each day’s break, so you can see what your breaks are doing in your own numbers.
Get every quiz answer right (you can keep trying until you do), finish your 30 days, and fill in a certificate with your name and date. Print it, frame it, or just admire it on your screen.
A complete guide to the bubble send-off, included with the course and not sold anywhere else. Weddings on a beach at golden hour, birthday parties, retirements: it covers the cue, the floor, the photographer, the weather — and how to build one so everybody can take part. It’s the part you’ll want to hand to whoever in your family ends up running things, and they don’t need the course to use it.
Choose your way in
Start with the one that sounds most like your day. You can switch anytime, and nothing gets lost.
Active Path
For days spent on your feet and on the move
Job sites, hospital floors, delivery routes, restaurant rushes, and chasing kids around the park. You already have plenty of motion. This path teaches you the stop.
Seated Path
For days spent mostly in a chair
Desks, call queues, study tables, back-to-back meetings, and the driver’s seat. You already have plenty of stillness. This path gets you up, unfolded, and moving.
Adaptive Path
For bodies and minds that do things their own way
For anyone living with a physical disability, chronic illness, or mobility limitation, or an intellectual or developmental disability, and for anyone who thinks and processes things differently. Every step is yours to adjust.
The full course unlocks all three paths. The Adaptive Path is also sold on its own.
Adaptive Path only
If the Adaptive Path is the one that fits, you can get it by itself for less. It’s the complete path: every lesson in full, never a shortened version.
It works on the honor system. We never ask for proof, a diagnosis, or an explanation. If this path fits you or someone you support, it’s yours.
Adaptive Path only
All nine Adaptive Path modules, a quiz for each, the 30-Day Tracker (with the easy-read picture version), the Certificate of Completion, and The Bubble Mass Ascension guide. Buying the full course? The Adaptive Path is already included.
Changed your mind later? You can add the Active and Seated paths any time for $20 — the difference, not a second full price — so the whole course never costs you more than $49 all in. The offer waits for you inside your course and it doesn’t expire.
Not open in your country yet, but we’re counting everyone who asks. Tell us you want it.
Do you want to give your employees simple, mindful break strategies they can use on any workday? We can help.
Group packs
For teams, schools, programs, and families. Pay once for the seats you need, and each person gets their own access code and their own full course, all three paths. The more seats, the less each one costs, from $32.00 down to $7.00 a seat, with a group dashboard to invite people and see how they’re doing.
Listen and Watch use AI digital twins of Queen Bubbles Bee (computer-made video and voice); the written lessons are always there too.
Every purchase is final: the full course, the Adaptive Path, and group packs, including unused seats. There are no refunds, apart from a billing mistake on our side (see the refund policy). If you ever have trouble getting in, that’s a delivery problem, not a refund request, and we’ll fix it.
Mindful Bubble Breaks is a general wellness and relaxation practice. It is not medical advice, therapy, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor or mental health professional. If you’re struggling, please reach out to one. In the US, you can call or text 988 anytime.
